THE ART INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO

This morning we woke up with the deep feeling of sadness from today being our last full day. However we decided to enjoy the moment anyway. Our first stop was the art institute of Chicago. In this museum we were able to see many famous paintings. After one hour in the gallery we went shopping at the main streets of Chicago. We had lunch and went through Michigan Av. and State Street. We end up being so tired that we even forgot that we were seeing the city for the last time.

THE BEAN, SHEDD AQUARIUM AND SOLDIER FIELD

Today we woke up earlier to go to Prospect High School to record the announcements were Clarisa and Dani were the presenters on the Prospect news.
Then we took the train and we went to the  bean, where we did a lot of photos (even too much) and we went to the aquarium.
There we've saw very beautiful fishes and a show where we have saw a dog , penguins and dolphins.
Adrian was very happy because he was a volunteer and he could touch the dolphins.
Then we had to hurry and eat while we walked and entered to an Stadium of football where we have listened very interesting things.
When we returned to the center, we had 45 minutes to buy and we came back to home.

COOKING CLASSES AT DAVE'S RESTAURANT

Today was a more relaxing day for the spanish students in Mt Prospect High School.
We had a very special breakfast with the amazing chef Dave. He cooked us some french toast, which was delicious, and boiled eggs with potatoes and an excellent sauce on top of it. It was all awesome even the service we recieved was great.
After our breakfast we met up with our american partners and we were able to attend to their everyday classes. Some of us had science classes while others enjoyed history and literature. Classes here are pretty similar to ours except that they make no noise at all! They always know when they have to speak and when not. Us, spaniards, should learn this from them.
And that's all for today!

LINCOLN PARK AND MICHIGAN LAKE

We have been here for six days and we don’t want to leave! Let’s talk about what we have done today:

First, after taking the train, we have been to the history museum of Chicago, where we have seen old trains, pictures, strange objects and even a movie! Then, we have been to the zoo and taken some great photos of the animals and the environment (and of us!). Finally, we have ended our day in the city center, where we have had great food in the cheesecake factory and entered into some glamorous shops, all of them too expensive for us…!

In conclusion, today has been an amazing day! We can’t wait until tomorrow!
